Policies

Payments:
Payment is expected at the time an order is placed. Our website is able to accept credit card payments via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to do so. We can also accept payment via check or money order. Please contact Claare@BountifulGoddess.com to arrange the transaction.

Shipping Policy:
Off the Rack items: Shipment is normally made with 24-48 hours of receiving full payment via United States Postal Service for any pre-made items.
Custom Embroidery: Shipment of custom ordered embroidery items will be made 7-14 business days of receiving full payment.
Custom Couture items: Shipment of custom made items will be made within 30 days of full payment.
NOTE: If you live in the Greater St Louis area, delivery can be made at any event I am attending for No Charge. Just choose LOCAL ST LOUIS PICKUP on order completion and Contact Claare@BountifulGoddess.com to make arrangements.

Return Policy:
Sometimes it just doesn't work out. If you need to exchange for a different size or return an item, just let us know within 7 days of the shipment. Only items received in original condition will be accepted for Return. The Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. NOTE: Unfortunately... due to the nature of any Custom Embroidery item, returns will not be accepted.
